Edmondson Farms has locations in the states of Mississippi and Louisiana. We have an onsite process packing line and computerized retail sizing line. This allows us to meet any specification of any customer regardless of processer, retailer or food service provider. We are a leader and innovator in the production, packaging, shipping and sales of sweet potatoes in the United States. Edmondson Farm currently grows and sells over 100 million pounds of sweet potatoes per year. We pride ourselves on meeting customer’s sweet potato needs and expectations.
