About Edmondson Farm

Edmondson Farms is a diverse family farming operation headquartered in Vardaman, MS. We have fields located within nine counties in northern Mississippi as well as Oak Grove, LA. We primarily grow sweet potatoes, soybeans, corn, cotton, grain sorghum and timber.

We are a leader and innovator in the production, packaging, shipping and sales of sweet potatoes in the United States.

Edmondson Farms is a family based business headed by Carter Edmondson, Tim Edmondson and P.K. Edmondson. Tim and P.K Edmondson represent the third generation of sweet potato farmers in our family and hope to pass it on to the fourth generation. We currently grow and sell over 100 million pounds of sweet potatoes per year. Sweet potatoes is what we do!
